Please read these terms and conditions carefully, if you do not agree with them, we ask that you do not use this website. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. By using the Wychanger.com website for browsing and purchasing, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to change the contents of this Website, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without notice. It is your personal responsibility to familiarise yourself with oue Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your use of the Website after a change has been made will signify your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

We will endeavour to provide uninterrupted, error free access to the website, however this cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the Internet. Occasionally your access may be suspended or restricted to allow updates, upgrades or repairs, we will try to ensure that this is for the shortest time possible.

Our Contract

The information we seek from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query. When placing an order to purchase goods from Wychanger Barton, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and the order details. Any terms and conditions specifically relevant to purchasing from Wychanger Barton will be contractually bound between you and Wychanger Barton once the order has been placed and conformation of this order has been sent via email. 

Pricing & Payment

All products offered for sale by Wychanger Barton are priced in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility. Occasionally, despite our best endeavours, products may appear mispriced. The price of any goods will be as quoted on the Website except in cases of obvious error. In the event of obvious inaccuracies, we reserve the right not to fulfil and/or to cancel any orders placed by you in reliance on the inaccurate prices. Prices quoted in any printed materials of ours are only correct at the time of printing and we reserve the right to change prices of products at any time.

Payment for all Products must be made by credit or debit card, or by PayPal, through our website or by telephone. Your order will be acknowledged once we receive authorisation of payment. For payment by card, all credit and debit cardholders and bank/building society account holders respectively are subject to validation checks and authorisation. If the issuer of your payment card, refuses to, or does not for any reason authorise or validate the payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order caused by this.

 

By providing the relevant information to us during the checkout process, and so entering the contract, you authorise us to transmit or to obtain information about you from third parties if neccessary, including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, debit or credit card details, cheque details or credit reports, to authenticate your identity and delivery address for the Products, validate your payment card and obtain authorisations for your payments for Products. If, even after successful payment, we believe that an order may have been made through fraudulent means, we reserve the right to hold goods until we are satisfied through means of additional proof that the transaction was not in fact fraudulent. We also reserve the right to cancel an order entirely and report the suspicious transaction to the relevant authorities should we feel the need to due to any fraud concerns.  Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution.

Please do not email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way and payment will not be accepted if sent in this way.

Availability

As a growing company we endeavour to hold stocks of all active products on our website and so be able to complete delivery of items within our stated delivery period. In some cases, to provide customers with a wider choice of product, we state that an item is special order and state an estimated delivery time. In other cases, occasionally an item that you order may simply be out of stock, in this instance we will contact you and inform of this and advise of any delay that may be caused, and when an item is completely unavailable, offer alternative products. In this instance though you as the customer of course have the option of cancelling your order.  

Special Order Items

We are happy to order items specially, but items sourced outside our usual stock lines i.e personalised or made to measure goods are non-returnable. For personallised or made to measure goods we will require a 50% deposit of payment, which is non refundable in the event of cancellation of the order. Any other special order items are subject to our usual terms and conditions.

Offers & Promotions

Please note that when participating in our offers or promotions, no offers or promotions can be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotions. This means that only one promotion may be useable per transaction. Discount codes of any sort cannot be used against any items already discounted, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer (for example: free gift promotions). This applies regardless of the source of the discount code.

Multi-buy promotions including buy one get one free and 3 for 2 offers will only apply to the items stated and must be purchased within one transaction.

If free postage is offered, it applies to UK Standard Delivery only and excludes quoted and overseas deliveries and non UK mainland locations. A minimum order value of £75 will be required to qualify for postage offers, unless a specific quoted offer is currently running. Please see our Delivery & Shipping page for more details.

WBS Gift Vouchers are always excluded from discount promotions (for example discount code use), and promotions cannot be used against the cost of delivery.

Wychanger Barton reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time, should circumstances change.

Delivery & Shipping

Standard Delivery applies to mailand UK only and there may be an additonal delivery charges for deliveries to the Highlands and certain Islands. We aim to deliver products to UK mainland addresses, within four working days (subject to availability), this includes allowing two working days for dispatch and 2 working days for delivery, but we ask customers to allow 6 working days for Standard Delivery to allow for unexpected circumstances. If, for whatever reason we cannot fulfill your order within 6 working days we will notify you and also provide you with a new estimated date for delivery. If this doesnt meet your needs and you would like to cancel your order we will do so and refund you in full. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery, therefore if you require your items by a specific date, especially if it is short notice, then we always advise customers to call before ordering to confirm availability of any products.

All deliveries sent via DPD (our chosen courier). If in the circumstance you would like to have your order delivered to a neighbour or left in a safe place, DPD can provide this. However, if you do request for them to be left in a safe place then Wychanger Barton Saddlery cannot be held responsible if the goods are lost under these circumstances. Also if goods are left with a neighbour / trusted person then Wychanger Barton Saddlery cannot be held responsible if the goods are lost under these circumstances. Please be sure to fill in the 'comments about your order' box clearly stating instructions.

Returns & Refunds

If you return an item to us within 30 days from the date of delivery, in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange or refund you in full with the original price, this does not include postage & packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Fair Wear & Tear Guarantee

Certain products are guaranteed for 12 months with a manufacturers guarantee, valid from the date of receipt and providing they are used in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations (fair wear and tear). If you have any questions regarding the guarantee, please contact us. In the event of any dispute or uncertainty about the validity of the item for replacement or refund under the guarantee, Wychanger Barton reserve the right to return the item to the manufacturer for their own assessment and feedback. Please allow up to 30 days for an exchange or refund in such instances. This is an addition to your statutory rights.

When you are returning items due to fault, please contact us and we can email you a free post returns label at no cost to yourself which you can print and stick to your parcel to send back via the post office. If you do not contact us and use the free post label we provide then unfortunately we will only be able to reimburse you for your own cost of postage to the maximumn value of £5.00. We know dealing with a faulty item can be an annoying inconvinience for you, so please be assured that our team are hear to help you and always aim to resolve issues as quickly and easily as we can. Often the judgement of faulty items lies with the supplier/manufacturer, so time must be allowed for there assessment and report so that we can then move forward and resolve the issue.

Hygiene Regulations

Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of Footwear and Horse Clothing, we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974)

We are also unable to accept returns of any items which are underwear or jewellery.

Customs

Goods ordered from Wychanger Barton for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will be levied once the parcel reaches it's destination country. You must pay any charges for customs, we have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.

Your Shopping Account
When using the website, you are responsible for ensuring that your account details and passwords remain confidential and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account and password. If you believe this information has become known to someone else or that your account is being misused contact us immediately.

When registering your details ensure that the information you provide us with is complete and correct and that you advise us as soon as possible should this change or you wish your details removed.

Wychanger Barton reserves the right to edit or remove content, refuse access to the website or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you and you will be notified immediately.

The contents of the website may not be copied, reproduced, duplicated, sold, downloaded or distributed by any means to third parties without our express written consent. You may copy or print details for the sole purpose of using the website while connected to the Internet. You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. You must not use the website for fraudulent purposes, spamming or any unlawful activity.

Product Reviews/Comments

The Product review functionality on the Wychanger Barton website is provided for customers to exchange views that will assist other customers when choosing products to purchase through Wychanger Barton. All comments are reviewed by Wychanger Barton staff before they are posted onto the Wychanger Barton website.

Saddle Sale Policy

Purchases
1. Choose the saddle you wish to purchase.

2. Phone us on 01823 672071 about the saddle you would like or alternatively email at enquiries@wychanger.com if you have further questions.

3. Once cleared payment for the saddle and postage is recieved, the saddle will be posted to you and you will be provided with a tracking number. Postage within the UK is free. Postage outside the UK may vary from that quoted at the checkout phase of the website.

4. Once you have received your saddle you have 5 days to ensure fit, comfort etc.

For New Saddles: DO NOT RIDE in a new saddle until you are extremely confident in the fit of it. If you are in any doubt about the fit of a new saddle please DO NOT ride in it. Please seek advice from a trusted person, preferably a professional, if you require more assistance with the fit of the saddle. If you do ride in a new saddle and then need to send it back this might affect your qualification for a full refund - we keep detailed photographs and any damage will be charged accordingly.

For Second Hand Saddles: we would ask that you don't ride in jeans, use rough stirrup leathers or leave the saddle in reach of dogs, cats or horses. we would also ask that you don't use any products on the saddle until you have officially purchased it - we keep detailed photographs and any damage will be charged accordingly.

5. Responsibility for the safe keeping and security of the saddle is yours until returned to us if it is unsuitable.

Returns
1. If your saddle is unsuitable you have 5 working days to return the saddle to us in the condition you received it (at your expense). Please contact us to inform us that the saddle is unsuitable before returning.

2. Please ensure that you obtain a tracking number when posting back the saddle (we do not accept any responsibilty for saddles which are damaged or lost in transit).

3. After the saddle has been returned and inspected we will refund the amount back to you.

We DO NOT ACCEPT returns from outside the UK. All saddles as 'sold as seen' and fit is not guarenteed.
