Delivery and Shipping

Despatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm the same day however this is not guaranteed. Occasionally at exceptionally busy it may take up to 5 working days to receive your order. You will be notified by email if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than our stated time. If you have any questions about the delivery of your order, please telephone 01823 672071.

Stock levels are revised frequently, if however the item you have ordered is not in stock we will contact you by phone or email.

UK Mainland:

  • Orders under £100  will have a carriage charge of £4.95 and will be sent with Royal Mail or Parcelforce. (please note Highlands and Islands are charged at a slightly higher rate. This will be calculated at checkout.) 
  • Orders over £100 will receive FREE carriage and will be sent with Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

Please Note:
All orders are sent on a Next Working Day service with Parcelforce,  please note that, although they are one of the best UK couriers, delivery cannot be 100% guaranteed due to weather disruption etc.

European Orders:
The website has a 'Shipping Estimator' prior to Checkout that will generate an accurate carriage/shipping cost according to the weight of the order.

Worldwide Orders:
Orders placed in the USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand can also use the 'Shipping Estimator' prior to Checkout that will generate an accurate carriage/shipping cost according to the weight of the order.
For orders outside the EU, other than the above, please email enquiries@wychanger.com or call +44 1823 672071 for a shipping quote.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • If your order has NOT been received within FIVE WORKING DAYS please call the office as soon as possible so we can track the order and help resolve the problem.
  • Please be sure to fill in the 'COMMENTS ABOUT YOUR ORDER' box clearly stating instructions, especially if / and where you want your order left if no one's in. However, be aware that if an instruction is given to leave an order 'in a safe place' and therefore delivered without a signature the couriers insurance is invalidated. Wychanger Barton Saddlery cannot be held responsible if the goods are lost under these circumstances.
  • VAT will also be deducted automatically from VAT rated products on all Channel Island orders & those outside the EU.

All online orders over £100 will receive free standard delivery worth £4.95 This offer applies to mainland UK deliveries.
For orders made from and delivery to non-Mainland UK destinations, £4.95 will be deducted from the delivery total cost.
