Delivery and Shipping
Despatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm the same day. We will always try and process orders received between 2pm & 3pm but this is not guaranteed.
Occasionally at exceptionally busy times this may take a little longer. You will be notified by email if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than our stated time. If you have any questions about the delivery of your order, please telephone 01823 672071
UK Mainland:
- Orders under £100 will have a carraige charge of £4.95 and will be sent with Royal Mail or Fedex
- Orders over £100 will receive FREE carriage and will be sent with Royal Mail or Fedex
Please Note:
All orders are sent on a Next Working Day service with FedEx, but please note that, although they are one of the best UK couriers, delivery cannot be 100% guaranteed due to weather disruption and occasional problems with drivers on a local depot level.
European Orders:
The website has a 'Shipping Estimator' prior to Checkout that will generate an accurate carriage/shipping cost according to the weight of the order.
Worldwide Orders:
Orders placed in the USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand can also use the 'Shipping Estimator' prior to Checkout that will generate an accurate carriage/shipping cost according to the weight of the order.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- If your order has NOT been received within FIVE WORKING DAYS please call the office as soon as possible so we can track the order and help resolve the problem.
- Please be sure to fill in the 'COMMENTS ABOUT YOUR ORDER' box clearly stating instructions, especially if/and where you want your order left if no one's in. However, be aware that if an instruction is given to leave an order 'in a safe place' and therefore delivered without a signature the couriers insurance is invalidated. Wychanger Barton Saddlery cannot be held responsible if the goods are lost under these circumstances.
- VAT will also be deducted automatically from VAT rated products on all Channel Island orders & those outside the EU.

FREE Standard Delivery on online orders over £100
All online orders over £75 will receive free standard delivery worth £4.95 This offer applies to mainland UK deliveries.
For orders made from and delivery to non-Mainland UK destinations, £4.95 will be deducted from the delivery total cost.

A list of your current, previous and cancelled orders will be listed on the page shown, with the current status showing in the first column. For security reasons relating to international air transport, we are unfortunately unable to deliver liquids, aerosols and gels outside of mainland UK.
