Vitalin Senior/Lite has been carefully formulated as a nutritionally complete and balanced recipe to help meet the needs of senior and/or overweight dogs. This hypoallergenic and wheat gluten free food contains high quality protein from 100% British Salmon with potatoes, nutrient packed botanicals and joint supplements.
With veterinary assistance, Vitalin's nutritionists have worked carefully to formulate hypoallergenic recipes that cater to a dog’s overall health and wellbeing; combining high quality protein from 100% British Salmon with British potatoes for a healthy carbohydrate option; before enhancing their food with nutrient packed botanicals such as fruits, vegetables and herbs. Burdock root is understood to have some anti-inflammatory properties, whilst spinach, seaweed and carrots provide a rich source of vitamins and minerals. To deliver natural antioxidant properties; blueberries and rosemary have been incorporated, as well as prebiotic FOS & MOS to support your dog’s digestive system.

Composition
Salmon Meal (20.0%), Whole Maize, Potato (16.0%), Rice, Barley, Sugar Beet, Whole Linseed, Sunflower Oil, Salmon Oil, L-Carnitine, Fructo-oligosaccharides (Prebiotic FOS) (0.1%), Mannan-oligosaccharides (Prebiotic MOS) (0.1%), Seaweed (750 mg/kg), Glucosamine (510 mg/kg), MSM (510 mg/kg), Rosemary (400 mg/kg), Chondroitin (360 mg/kg), Dried Spinach (250 mg/kg), Carrots (250 mg/kg), Burdock Root (250 mg/kg), Extract of Yucca Schidigera, Blueberry Extract (100 mg/kg).

This table is intended as a guide only and exact feeding amounts should be varied according to your dog’s age, sex, breed, condition and activity levels. Please note that feeding amounts should be based on the ideal adult body weight for your dog. Adult dogs should be fed twice per day. When introducing Vitalin into your dog’s diet we advise that this is done gradually over a period of 5-10 days until it replaces all other food. Fresh drinking water should always be available.
